Middle Diddle Silk

I love this colorful, inexpensive “turn it around” trick! Show a red silk (included) at the red end of the board. Behind your back it jumps to the yellow end. Repeat this until kids shout, You turned it around! Act embarrassed, then suddenly the red silk jumps to the middle hole in the board.  When I perform this, I ask the kids where they would like the silk to jump, and they always say, ‘the middle hole.” I stammer, and tell them it would be impossible. In fact, I ask them if they can do better than me, and they always say “yes.” So, the kids say the magic words, and while I’m not looking, the silk goes to the middle hole, resulting in much laugher and glee from the kids!  $10.
