Solid Color Silks

We are your suppliers for high-quality, professional grade magic silks.

Our silks are 8 momme weight (not the thin 5 momme weight of standard magic shop silks), and we use a tiny double-turned flat hem that will hold up to folding and knot tying, etc.

We carry the following sizes: 12′, 15″, 18″ 24″ and 36.” Sizes are measured along one straight side. Prices are as follows:

Fountain of Silks

We make an excellent fountain of silks. The silk fountain is a beautiful production of silks. You start with one silk, and then when you gently shake the silk, multiple silks bubble up and cascade outward. Our fountain has several features that make it the best on the market:

It features 14 pure silks, 18” square. Silks are 8 momme weight, to withstand hard usage and have a tiny double-turned hem. Most fountains on the market use cheap lightweight 5 momme silks.

You will notice in the photo, the silks are not sewn square, but instead every other silk is turned 45 degrees, to improve visibility.

Also, we have a wide strap with Velco to hold the silk bundle, and there is a bead to make it easy to find the end of the strap, plus a ring in case you want to hang to load off the back of a table or chair, etc.

Patch Streamer

A streamer sewn into six three-foot sections of solid colors, and includes six matching 12 inch silks. The streamer is 4 inches wide and 18 feet long. Supplied in primary and secondary colors as seen in the photo, of you can request our brighter colors set, with turquoise, pink, purple, yellow, green, and orange. $20.

Color Changing Streamer

We only have a few of these in stock, as Goshman, the maker of this product, has stopped production. You show a three-foot long silk streamer, and with a snap of your wrist, it becomes black. Or, you can start with it solid black, and magically catch colors from the air. This is the perfect addition to any coloring or painting routine. $20.

Twin Thumbtip Streamers

Thumbtip Streamers are very useful in the "magician's toolbox." You can make them appear or vanish, or even attach one to an appearing cane, to change a streamer into a cane. They measure one inch wide by 34 inches long. Two will fit inside a thumbtip. We supply two streamers. $5.

Thumb Tips

We carry the best-known thumbtips on the market, made by Vernet. We have three styles: the Vernet classic plastic tip, the Vernet "soft medium" tip with is the same size as the classic, and made with a slightly softer material, and the Vernet King which is a hard plastic tip longer than the classic. $4 each, or three for $10, mix or match.

Thumbtip Blendo

Presenting a trick that you will be able to perform right under the noses of your friends or on the stage. Four small silks, each a different color, are pushed into your fist. In an instant, your hand is opened to reveal just one silk made up of the same four colors. Your hands are otherwise empty. $8.

The End Silk

Here is a very cute version of the classic "The End" silk, and measures 36 inches square. It is made by Goshman, in limited supply. I use this all the time to close my children's shows. $30.

Color Changing Wreaths

Three white feather wreaths are inserted into a bag one at a time and change into three different colored wreaths to match a colored ribbon passed through a hole in the bag. Finally the three colored wreaths blend into a large wreath in the three colors. Complete with ribbons. Single wreaths measure 9 inches in diameter, and the tri-colored finish is two feet in diameter. I use this effect in just about every stage show I do, as part of my musical opening routine.
